It isn’t right to use one example of a closeted homosexual priest to portray the hypocrisy of straight homophobia, but God, does it feel good every once in a while to hear someone speak out about how fucking stupid “Christian logic” can be. 

I know not all Christians are bigoted idiots, and I certainly don’t believe that being a Christian makes you a bad person.  But it just blows my mind how much intolerance the Bible perpetuates, and how a message about love can be warped to serve your own damn prejudices.
